  The Nigerian entertainment industry might be without the talented singer, Dammy Krane for about 15 years as he gets prosecuted for financial crimes in the United States of America(USA).

Oyindamola Emmanuel A.K.A Dammy Krane has found himself in big trouble overseas as he is being accused of fraud in Miami, Florida-United states of America.
He was  arrested yesterday in the evening by security operatives for grand theft, credit card and identity fraud and is currently being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, Miami, Dade Country on confirmation from an online bail officer.
The former Hypertek singer whose career has gone lukewarm due to lack of musical hits, allegedly used a stolen credit card in giving himself a luxury treat on a private jet, eating exotic meals as well as sharing pictures on instagram to impress his fans.
 The confirmed twitter account of Tap Jets, a private airline company has claimed responsibility of handing the singer, Dammy Krane over to the police tweeting that he attempted to book Tap Jets flight using stolen credit card numbers. They pledged to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law.
   This among others is a description of the fake lives most Nigerian celebs live. His close friend Saucekid has also be involved in a situation closely related to this.
A crime as this could carry a maximum fine of $1,000 or more, and a sentence of up to one year in the country’s jail. It all depends on what is involved. The more the property involved, the more it’s penalty.

The stolen Felony Credit Card in which property of significant value was obtained might be punishable by a $25,000 fine and 15 years in prison plus damages.
